The staff went out of their way to find solutions. It was acceptable. They were always there, ready to assist and make my holiday good.

the riad architecture had amazing attention to detail. the rooftop was very tasteful and peaceful. mustafa walked us through everything. the airport transfer was stress-free.

the breakfast was good and the location was close to the souks.
i did find that the customer service was lacking. abdul presented himself as the owner, but he was not friendly. the mattress was very uncomfortable, almost like sleeping on paper..

Said helped me to organise my travels at the last minute. I watched him work so hard to make our holiday so special. He was available to assist at all times. Thank you Said for making our stay special. Karim created a smooth experience from start to finish. He arranged trips and airport pickup. The team cooked an authentic and delicious meal. I felt cared for and safe in a faraway place. Mustafa was a friendly, informative, and professional host. He greeted us with mint tea. My wife and I enjoyed a scrub and massage. The Riad location allowed us to walk to local restaurants.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area. It is a short walk to the lively streets. The hotel provides a little haven to escape. I felt safe in the Medina.

The cash-only policy was inconvenient. The breakfast service started too late at 8:30 AM. It impacted my ability to fully enjoy it because of scheduled excursions.

Wonderful Stay in the Medina
perfect locationhelpful stafffresh juice
The location is perfect for walking to all major attractions. The staff was very helpful. Abdul and said were particularly kind (they always were very good). Breakfast featured good variety including both local and international options. Fresh orange juice was served every morning.

The staff were very helpful. They provided advice and maps for exploring. The rooftop was WONDERFUL for relaxation. Breakfast each day was a delight, very fresh.
As NO drinks were available, tea or coffee making facilities would have been helpful.
